Exploring Past Lives

Before You Begin

Preparation: Drink a glass of water and sit in a quiet, undisturbed space. If you wish, place a small object beside you that symbolizes the past — an old photo, antique, or natural stone.

Posture:Sit with a straight spine or lie down in Savasana, supported and warm.

Eyes: Closed, visualizing the Earth from above — timeless, silent, rotating slowly.

Breath: Breathe deeply and rhythmically. Imagine each inhale pulling you through time, and each exhale releasing layers of memory.

Mudra: Dhyana Mudra place your hands in your lap, right hand resting in the left, palms facing upward, thumbs lightly touching.

Essential oil: Sandalwood or frankincense – for grounding and spiritual depth

Crystal: Labradorite and smoky quartz – for inner vision and energetic protection.

Focus: Surrender to the unknown. Let go of expectation. Allow images to rise without judgment.

Goal: Access symbolic memories and emotional imprints that offer understanding, release, and deeper self-awareness.

Duration: 15 – 20 minutes

Reflections of the Soul

Before You Begin

Preparation: Rinse your hands or face with cool water before beginning — a symbolic cleansing. Light a white candle if possible.

Posture:Sit in stillness with a straight spine, or lie down with hands resting gently on the heart and solar plexus.

Eyes: Closed, gently turned inward — visualizing a still lake or mirror reflecting light and emotion.

Breath: Inhale through the heart, exhale through the belly. Let breath wash through you like a tide, revealing what lies beneath.

Mudra: Hridaya Mudra place the tip of your index finger at the base of the thumb; touch the tips of the middle and ring fingers to the tip of the thumb. Little finger remains extended.

Essential oil: Rose or neroli — for heart-centered openness and emotional clarity.

Crystal: Moonstone and rose quartz — for reflection, emotional depth, and compassion.

Focus: Be willing to witness all parts of yourself — faces, feelings, roles — without resistance.

Goal: Deep self-recognition, acceptance, and inner reconciliation.

Duration: 15 – 20 minutes

Architect of Reality

Before You Begin

Preparation: Clear your space. You may wish to sit near a window or light a candle — symbolizing creative fire.

Posture:Sit upright with dignity, like the architect of a sacred temple — alert, grounded, open.

Eyes: Closed, gaze gently directed to the space between the eyebrows (Ajna center), visualizing a glowing blueprint.

Breath: Inhale with clarity, exhale with quiet power. Each breath stabilizes the vision forming within.

Mudra: Hakini Mudra bring fingertips of both hands together without pressing, forming a sphere of intention between your palms.

Essential oil: Lemon or rosemary — for mental clarity and activation.

Crystal: Clear quartz and citrine — for focus, intention, and manifestation.

Focus: Visualize a reality not to be reached, but to be embodied — as if already alive inside you.

Goal: Align inner vision with vibration, anchoring new reality into felt presence.

Duration: 15 – 20 minutes

Echoes of Thought

Before You Begin

Preparation: Create silence around you. Mute distractions. You may wish to place a small bowl or object near you to represent the “mind’s container.”

Posture:Sit comfortably, spine long, chin slightly tucked. Feel as if your skull is floating above your body.

Eyes: Closed, with soft awareness resting inside the head — as if listening to a vast inner chamber.

Breath: Slow, even, almost silent. Let each exhale feel like releasing a single layer of thought.

Mudra: Chin Mudra touch the tip of the index finger to the tip of the thumb, other fingers extended. Palms resting on knees, facing upward.

Essential oil: Lavender or myrrh — for mental stillness and subtle introspection.

Crystal: Amethyst and lepidolite — for clarity, detachment, and cerebral calm.

Focus: Observe thought as echo — fading, repeating, dissolving. Rest not in the thought, but in the space that holds it.

Goal: Disidentify from thought, deepen into the quiet field where awareness watches without effort.

Duration: 15 – 20 minutes

Lucid Dreams

Before You Begin

Preparation: Dim the lights or practice in the evening. Place a journal beside you for insights that may come. Optional: drink calming tea (lavender, chamomile, blue lotus).”

Posture:Lie down or sit in a reclined, supported position. Allow the body to fully release.

Eyes: Closed, turned upward toward the space behind the forehead — the screen of the dream.

Breath: Gentle, shallow, dreamlike. Let breath float in and out without control, like drifting on air.

Mudra: Shakti Mudra curl the little and ring fingers inward, with thumbs tucked lightly across the palm, resting on thighs.

Essential oil: Blue lotus or mugwort — for dream clarity and spiritual opening.

Crystal: Labradorite and amethyst — for dreamwork, psychic activation, and protection.

Focus: Remain softly aware as imagery arises. You are not in control — but you are present.

Goal: Enter hypnagogic state with awareness; explore symbolic landscapes, receive inner guidance.

Duration: 15 – 20 minutes

The Sacred Now

Before You Begin

Preparation: Choose a space with natural light, if possible. Have a warm drink or a small object you love nearby — to remind you that the sacred lives in the simple.

Posture:Sit or stand with relaxed presence. Let the body be exactly as it is — awake, unforced, whole.

Eyes: Closed or softly open. Let them rest on whatever is around you as if seeing it for the first time.

Breath: Gentle and present. Inhale what is, exhale yourself into it.

Mudra: Anjali Mudra (prayer hands) at the heart center, then allow the hands to slowly open, like petals — soft offering to the now.

Essential oil: Sweet orange or bergamot — for presence, clarity, and joy in simplicity.

Crystal: Sunstone and clear quartz — for illumination of the ordinary and vibrant now-ness.

Focus: Not on the breath. Not on the mind. At this moment. The fabric of now — touchable, radiant, alive.

Goal: To recognize that the sacred is not a destination — it is this very instant, when fully met.

Duration: 15 – 20 minutes

Dual Awareness

Before You Begin

Preparation: Sit near a natural element — a candle, plant, stone, or open window. This reminds the body of its dual nature: matter and spirit.

Posture:Sit in meditative stillness with equal grounding in both hips; spine tall but soft — balanced between heaven and earth.

Eyes: Closed, with awareness gently oscillating between heart and brow — feeling both emotion and perception.

Breath: Inhale and feel expansion, exhale and feel surrender. Allow each breath to embody contrast — rise and fall, light and weight.

Mudra: Anjali Mudra (prayer hands) at the heart center, then allow the hands to slowly open, like petals — soft offering to the now.

Essential oil: Vetiver or sandalwood — for grounding and integration.

Crystal: Moonstone and black tourmaline — for emotional balance and holding dual forces safely.

Focus: Let two opposing emotions, ideas, or sensations be present. Don’t solve. Just hold.

Goal: To rest in the space that holds contradiction — not as conflict, but as completeness.

Duration: 15 – 20 minutes

The Land of the Soul

Before You Begin

Preparation: Prepare the space with reverence — light a white candle or gentle incense. Sit in silence for a moment before starting, simply feeling presence.

Posture:Lie down or sit as if your body were transparent — relaxed, floating, surrendered to something greater.

Eyes: Closed, turned gently upward and inward — not toward thought, but toward eternity.

Breath:Soft, silent, unforced. Each breath is not yours — it is existence breathing through you.

Mudra: Dhyana Mudra hands resting in the lap, right over left, thumbs touching lightly. A gesture of inner stillness.

Essential oil: Frankincense or lotus — for sacred stillness and spiritual elevation.

Crystal: Selenite and angel aura quartz — for purification, transcendence, and soul remembrance.

Duration: 25–30 minutes or longer. Best practiced when undisturbed, in deep quiet.

The Way of Still Presence

Before You Begin

Preparation: Do not prepare to “do” — prepare to be. Turn off all distractions. Sit in the simplest silence you can find. One candle is enough.

Posture:Sit comfortably, without striving. Let your spine rise like a quiet tree — rooted, alive, unhurried.

Eyes: Closed. No visualization, no image. Just resting in the darkness behind the lids, like sitting before the first dawn.

Breath:Natural. Untouched. Let the breath pass through you like a breeze through a field — unnoticed, but present.

Mudra: Gyan Mudra thumb and index finger touching, resting gently on the knees. Let it form itself without effort.

Essential oil: Cedarwood or hinoki — for grounding stillness and sacred simplicity.

Crystal: Clear quartz or white selenite — for pure presence and transparent alignment.

Focus: No focus. Just awareness of being. Let all doing fall away. What remains is what is real.

Goal: To return to the unchanging center — not through thought, but through still presence. To sit… and know that it is enough.

Duration: Clear quartz or white selenite — for pure presence and transparent alignment.
